I love shoes, and by coincidence my last name is Shulock, pronounced “shoe-lock.” Or, perhaps my last name inspired my love of shoes, in the same way that Mike Carpenter, the man who built my family’s kitchen cabinets, really had no choice about his future occupation. However, this blog will not be about shoes, although I may occasionally post a picture of a pair I wish I could have. This will be my space for musings on art, film, literature, fashion, music, and anything else that catches my attention. And since now I have your attention, I hope you’ll come back often.
